Our services

Six steps, built around your offer letter.

One route, one adviser. Start anywhere: most students begin with a profile check and a consultation, and the aim is an offer letter you can take to the visa office.

  1. 01

    Check your profile

Answer questions about your degree, work, English and funds. You get a reading of your fit for the programmes on this site, not a visa score.

  2. 02

    Book a consultation

Talk through your programme, intake, budget and documents with an adviser, and agree the service you want and its fee in writing.

  3. 03

    Submit your documents

Send your transcripts, certificates, passport, English test and CV. We help with course shortlisting, SOP and CV review, document formatting and submission.

  4. 4The main goal

    Get your offer letter

The institution assesses your application and issues the offer. A conditional offer lists what is still needed; once you meet it, you receive an unconditional offer. Your Letter of Acceptance is the document the visa officer reads.

    • We track your application and the conditions on your offer with you.
    • Before the visa, fees under €6,000 are paid in full; higher fees need at least €6,000 paid, shown on the Letter of Acceptance (ISD).
  5. 05

    Visa file support

With your Letter of Acceptance, build the visa file: the AVATS form, finances and documents. From Bangladesh, the Embassy of Ireland in New Delhi decides.

  6. 06

    Before you travel

What to carry at the border, and registering your permission within 90 days of arriving.

Questions about our services

Who decides my admission and my visa?
The institution decides admission and issues the offer letter. For applicants living in Bangladesh, the Embassy of Ireland in New Delhi decides the visa. We prepare your application and visa file with you; we do not make either decision.
Can you guarantee a visa?
No one can. The Embassy of Ireland in New Delhi warns against agents who promise a visa at an inflated price, and says there is no requirement to use a third-party agent. You can apply on your own; our service is help with preparing a complete, consistent file.
How are you paid?
IrelandStudyVisa.com is an authorised recruitment agent for Dublin Business School, and DBS pays it a commission when a student it refers enrols. Dublin Business School decides who is offered a place. Our services to students are paid, and the fee is agreed with you in writing before any paid work starts.
Where do I start?
With the profile check, then a consultation. Together they show which programmes and intakes fit you, what documents you need, and what the offer letter and visa steps involve.
